Dennis as usual hits the nail on the head.
Dennis is a wise man. Wow, first time I listened to this audio. Nora’s laughing to Darryl’s answer makes me sick!
I’m a Black independent moderate living in the Seattle area and I recently discovered your blog. That clip was excellent. The belief by many that there is one “Black way of thinking,” or that every issue and circumstance must be primarily seen through the prism of race, discounts us all. It pains me to see so many people infuriated about stereotypes, biases, and judgments that Whites and others have against Blacks – unless those stereotypes and judgments, although no less harmful, are already sanctioned by the Black community.
